Easy access, The Lake is 1/2 mile from a b-road, down a traffic free lane. It is surrounded predominately by arable land and some woodland. Banks gently slope down to the water with a level area for the marquee and guests to gather.
The Farm is situated close to The South Downs National Park and the sea.
